A few years ago, the Brazilian market did not have many options for small companies to charge their customers in physical stores. Moip, then a company focused on online payment and payment solutions, decided to act in this segment. I was hired to create a series of videos to promote the solutions offered by the company.
Dynamic and fun animations: the best way to sell an idea
I created a series of animations and videos for Moip, a payment platform that today belongs to the PagSeguro group.
This video is about the Card Machine. The video is dynamic, and the animations reflect the brand’s spirit. I worked from the concept of the signature to the final composition. I also created the script for the animation, duly written after discussions with the company’s marketing department.

Key points
Working with clients in the financial sector is something I have done before. However, despite the client belonging to a conservative segment, I had never worked with a company that was so open to new ideas. That did not make the negotiation of views and creative paths any easier.
What I learned
I learned many things while working with Moip. The main one was trying to translate technical concepts to an audience not necessarily tech-savvy. This forced me to refine not only the textual content of the script several times but also the visual metaphors used in the animation.
