I’m a Digital Designer, Professor, and Researcher with interdisciplinary skills and extensive experience in Art Direction, Interaction Design, Motion Design, and 3D, working in a wide range of areas and industries.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked with companies across several sectors and industries in Brazil and worldwide, developing concepts, interfaces, digital prototypes, 3D images, animations, and brand identities. Before starting my academic career, I also had the opportunity to explore entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurial experience has shaped my holistic approach to problem-solving and taught me the importance of balancing creativity with business acumen.
My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Technology in Design and Advertising Production, a Postgraduate degree in History of Arts with an emphasis on Theory and Criticism, and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Knowledge Management.
I have a massive passion for Interactive Media and Animation, especially Games and Virtual Reality, subjects in which I teach and conduct research. I’m utterly obsessed with everything on edge between art and technology.
When I’m not working, I like to do long hikes, read good books, listen to music, watch movies, visit museums, play video games (especially RPGs), cook (a lot), create animations, and design conceptual crazy art.
